Shipping
and Processing fee; Heavier shipment charges are calculated manually
and
entered into the subsequent pro-forma invoice that is emailed to you;
We do not
provide for product pickup; we ask customers to always allow a minimum
of 3-4
business days for order processing and delivery. PO BOX orders will
ship via Australia
POST Express, instead of a courier such as DHL or FedEx. Please email
us for consignment
information.
NOTE: Network Hardware AUSTRALIA is not a
stop-gap source
for urgent same/next-day replacement parts.

Returns Policy
All equipment purchased from Network Hardware
AUSTRALIA is
covered by our 30-day warranty, in addition to the standard manufacturer factory warranty. We supply only sealed, brand new
equipment,
with the very latest firmware revisions. We do not buy or sell used
equipment, refurbished
junk, etc.
Warranty claims and Technical Support are
handled directly
by our manufacturers; please contact them if an issue arises and follow
their recommended
procedures. If they are unhelpful, or if you require any assistance,
please
feel free to contact us. Please be reminded that a Warranty repair, is
not an emergency
replacement solution; therefore, Network Hardware AUSTRALIA strongly
recommends
to cover mission-critical equipment with a manufacturer extended
support
contract (Cisco Smartnet, etc.), and/or to maintain redundant fail-over
equipment.
